A travel to a foreign country is both expensive and time-consuming. Therefore, we want our guests to experience the MOST authentic local culinary experience while they explore the country/region.

About Us

Kevin.Y

Kevin started his career in finance at top 3 investment bank (JPN and UK). He is currently serving as the Japan Representative Director at an Asia-based hedge fund. Whenever he is off work, he devotes himself entirely to exploring all kinds of restaurants across the globe. While his knowledge and expertise mainly lie in Japanese restaurants, he is about to complete the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.

Nancy

Nancy is an avid fan of delicious food and has established a catering company in Hong Kong, specifically for a high net worth individual. She is currently residing in Tokyo, spending her free time cooking and exchanging ideas with famous chefs at home. She visits impossible to book restaurants on a daily basis to explore and learn more about food. She loves to get to know new people who are also interested in food. Nancy is also well versed in Japanese ingredients and pottery.
